Thirty Flights of Loving

Fullbright

Thirty Flights of Loving is an experimental video game short story, told through a series of fractured flashbacks left to the player to piece together.

Through Idle Thumbs, we approached indie developer Brendon Chung to propose he create a short-form standalone game as part of our crowdfunding efforts. We then financed and supported the game’s release, and I composed and performed its original soundtrack.

Thirty Flights of Loving went on to receive heavy acclaim. Edge Magazine called it “an intriguing psychological thriller that feels like Wes Anderson taking on Hitchcock,” and PC Gamer said it “tells a better story in 13 minutes than most games do in 13 hours.”
